Brussels: Stellantis sold 180,907 vehicles on the European market (EU, EFTA, and UK) in June, marking a decline of 12.3% compared to the same month last year, according to data released on Thursday. The Italian-French-American auto group’s market share also decreased to 14.5% from 15.7% in June 2024.
According to Ansa News Agency, the European car manufacturers’ association ACEA reported that year-on-year sales across the market were down by 7.3% last month. In the first half of 2025, Stellantis sold 1,040,902 vehicles, representing a 9.1% reduction compared to the first half of 2024. The company’s market share for the first half of 2025 was 15.3%, down from 16.7% for the January-June period of the previous year.
Stellantis, which includes brands such as Jeep, Peugeot, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and Chrysler, reported a loss of 2.3 billion euros in the first half of 2025. This financial result follows a revenue drop of 12.6%, bringing revenues down to 74.3 billion euros, according to preliminary, unaudited data.
