Abuja: The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that the recruitment portal for applications into various paramilitary agencies will now open on July 14.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the new date was disclosed by the Secretary to the board, retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jubril, through a statement released on Wednesday. The board has advised prospective applicants to submit their applications online via the official website: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng. Importantly, Jubril emphasized that the application process is free of charge.
The News Agency of Nigeria also reported that the recruitment portal was originally set to open on Thursday at a different URL, https://recruitment.cdcfib.org. The paramilitary agencies involved in this recruitment process include the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), and Federal Fire Service (FFS).
