Brasilia - The Kingdom of Morocco has solidified its position as a key partner for Brazil in both Africa and the Arab world, according to Antonio Augusto Martins Cesar, Director of the African Department at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.Speaking at a reception organized by the Moroccan embassy in Brazil on the occasion of the glorious Throne Day, Martins Cesar highlighted the enduring friendship and privileged relations between the two nations. "Morocco is a solid partner for Brazil in Africa and the Arab world, thanks to the historical ties of friendship and the privileged relations that the two countries maintain in varying domains," he told MAP.Reflecting on his recent visit to Morocco, the Brazilian official expressed admiration for the country's economic advancements, comprehensive reforms, and the vibrancy of Moroccan society. He conveyed a strong sense of optimism about the future of Moroccan-Brazilian relations, anticipating mutual benefits for the peoples of both countries.Martins C esar also pointed to the increasing interest of Brazilian businessmen and tourists in Morocco. This interest is expected to grow further with the resumption of direct flights between Casablanca and São Paulo scheduled for December.In addition, the upcoming Morocco-Brazil Business Forum, also set for December, promises to be a significant platform for Brazilian business leaders and investors.
