Rabat - Morocco finished at the top of the medal count in the Under-23 Arab Athletics Championships, held on July 5-9 in the Egyptian city of Ismailia.Morocco, which won this competition for the second consecutive time, with 32 medals, including 16 gold, 11 silver, and 5 bronze, surpassed the host country, Egypt, which had 39 medals (12 gold, 16 silver, and 11 bronze), and Algeria, with 15 medals (6 gold and 9 bronze).This championship brought together athletes representing 12 Arab countries.Source: Agence Marocaine De Presse
