Rabat - The fifth edition of the Throne Day Moto Raid, which will bring together 70 bikers aboard 40 large-displacement motorcycles and 10 cars until August 1, kicked off on Saturday near the Chellah site in Rabat.Initiated by the Royal Moto Club, the raid will stop off in Moulay Yacoub, Taza and Al-Hoceima, to take part in the Throne Day festivities, before returning to Rabat, via Tangier.According to Royal Moto Club president Hicham Bennani, this year's event, which marks a resumption after the forced halt due to the COVID-19 health crisis, is marked by a strong female presence, as well as the participation of Moroccans living abroad and foreign motorcyclists. This year's event will be punctuated by a tribute to the students who obtained the best marks this year, said Bennani in a statement to MAP.Source: Agence Marocaine De Presse
