Abuja: These Executive Minds (TEXEM) has announced a programme aimed at assisting organisations in addressing the challenges of volatility in a competitive environment. Caroline Lucas, TEXEM Director of Special Projects, revealed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the programme, themed “Resilience in a Volatile World: Inspiring Transformation Successfully,” is designed to equip leaders with the skills to embed agility into their organisational structures. Scheduled from February 8 to February 22, the programme aims to help organisations navigate uncertainty and drive sustainable growth, benefiting both the workplace and workforce.

His frameworks will help participants manage complex stakeholder dynamics effectively, ensuring organisational cohesion and focus even amid uncertainty.
Bradley Jones will introduce strategic tools for scenario planning and risk management, emphasising proactive decision-making. His sessions will equip participants with skills to anticipate challenges and respond effectively, such as leveraging market opportunities during economic volatility to ensure stability and growth.
Dr. TB McClelland Jr. will address the cultural aspects of agility, highlighting the importance of fostering a culture of experimentation and adaptability. Leaders will be encouraged to redesign business models and optimise resource alloca

Lucas emphasised that the TEXEM programme’s practical application ensures participants leave with actionable tools to enhance their leadership practices. Scenario-based exercises will allow leaders to test new strategies and refine their approaches in a safe environment.
Stakeholder engagement is a critical theme of the programme, with leaders gaining tools to inspire trust and foster collaboration across their organisations. Ambassador Crawford’s insights into stakeholder influence provide a foundation for building coalitions and aligning interests, even when priorities conflict.
By the end of the programme, participants will have the tools to transform organisational agility into a competitive advantage, understanding how to lead effectively in uncertain environments. The TEXEM programme aims to be a catalyst for transformation by focusing on agility, innovation, and influence, preparing leaders to turn volatility into opportuni
