MONTREAL, QUEBEC – Strategic Metals of Canada (“Strategic Metals” or “the Company”) (TSX VENTURE: CJC) (OTCBB: CJCFF) is pleased to announce The appointment of Mr. Jean-Francois Meilleur as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
Jean-Francois Meilleur is currently Vice-President of Critical Elements Corporation, a company involved in the development of a lithium project in the James Bay region. He is also a partner and co-owner of Paradox Public Relations. Project development, strategic marketing and management are just a few of his many accomplishments. In addition, he has successfully contributed to various projects to raise funds in the capital market. Mr. Meilleur holds a bachelor’s degree from HEC (Hautes A�tudes Commerciales) in Montreal, with a specialization in marketing and finance.

Metaux Strategiques would like to thank Mr. Jean-Sebastien Lavallee for his great contribution to the development of the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lavallee will now serve as the Executive Head of the Board of Directors and Director of Exploration for the Corporation.
The Company granted 1,000,000 stock options to Mr. Meilleur. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $ 0.15 valid until May 4, 2022.
