Bombardier Opens New Service Center at London-Biggin Hill Airport

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -Bombardier Business Aircraft has the honor of celebrating the inauguration of its service center at London’s Biggin Hill Airport in the United Kingdom. With a fleet of more than 600 Bombardier business aircraft in Europe, Biggin Hill’s new service center is well positioned to provide world-class overhaul and support services to Bombardier customers and operators in the region. The inauguration was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent, sponsor of the British Association of Business Aviation and General Aviation (BBGA), as well as other distinguished guests.

The new 4,790 m� (51,541 sq. Ft.) Facility was approved by the United Kingdom civil aviation authorities in March 2017 for the maintenance of Learjet 70 and Learjet 75 , Challenger 300 , Challenger 350 and Series of Challenger 600 aircraft , as well as the Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft . It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as modifications and avionics for Bombardier’s Learjet , Challenger and Global aircraft.
